On Monday, in Nalanda, Bihar, the driver of his auto lost control and overturned in a roadside pit. While two other passengers were injured. The matter is near Madanchak village on Bind-Saksohara main road under Bind police station area. The deceased has been identified as Pappu Ram (48), son of Nago Ram, resident of Chero village of Sarmera police station area.

According to the information, Pappu Ram was returning home in an auto after attending the Shraddha rituals of his father-in-law, late Lakhan Ram. Meanwhile, near Madanchak village, a motorcycle was coming from the front, while trying to save it, the auto went out of control and overturned into a 20 feet pit on the roadside. Pappu Ram died on the spot in this accident. While Binda Ram and Sangeeta Devi who were riding on it were seriously injured. After this, the police quickly admitted the injured to Bind PHC with the help of local people. From where after first aid he was referred to a higher centre.

Bind police station chief Roshan Kumar said that the tempo went out of control and overturned in a pit on the roadside. A middle-aged man has died in this incident. The body has been taken into custody and sent to Bihar Sharif Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. Meanwhile, the injured have been referred to a higher center after first aid. The police have been involved in the investigation of the case. Advance action will be taken upon receipt of the application.
